Frequently Asked Questions

All products were built using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Product may not be compatible with Photoshop Express, Photoshop Elements, and other third party softwares.

Anytime you purchase online from ChrisFritchie.com, a receipt will be emailed to you that includes links to the product that you purchased.

The links in this email expire 24 hours from the date of the receipt.

However, you can access these download links and any previous purchases that you have made via your account profile.

Simply click on ‘My Account’ in the menu at the top of the page.

Once your purchase has been completed, there are two ways for you to begin downloading your purchase.

Option 1: Emailed Receipt

Check your email. All purchases will receive a receipt email after the purchase has been completed.

Links. Emailed receipt links have a 24 hour expiration from the date of receipt.

I never received an email. Often times, our customer’s email inboxes flag our address as spam. Be sure to check your Junk folder for this receipt.

Option 2: My Account

Under different circumstances, you might need to change your password. Here are a few options.

I can’t access my account.

Reset password from the Login page. You can access at the link titled ‘Lost Password?” that will reset your password from the login screen. If you’re unsure of where to go, here is a link: http://chrisfritchie.com/login/

Direct Access. You can also access ‘My Account’ directly using the following link. Link: http://www.chrisfritchie.com/my-account/.

I am able to log in & need to change my password.

Open ‘My Account’. Click on ‘My Account’ in the menu at the top of the page. Access your profile by clicking the ‘Edit Your Profile’ tab. At the bottom of the left-hand column, you’ll find a section titled ‘CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD’. Type in the new password.
